We have same process for all our services registration. It includes 3 steps:

1. Provide the details of mock interview and/or mentorship session. Complete the required payment
2. You will receive quick telephonic call within 24hr from CS Mock team. Based on your application, we'll allot best interviewer/ mentor for your session. You will receive calendar invite with meeting link and other details on your mail
3. Post interview completions, you will get mail regarding your performance and interview preparation resources

One of our executive would be available within 24 hours of your application for your queries.

After taking the mock interview you will receive your video-recorded session, pre-interview assessment grade, Interview preparation notes, resume analysis and a detailed analysis report within 2 working days. Detailed report include:

1. First impression

7. Competency wise and overall scores

Pre-assessment grade is Mockview private limited certified grade consisting of your core competencies evaluated in the mock interview. Many companies are looking for this pre-assessment grade as first level of interview scores so the name pre-assessment grade comes in. You can showcase this directly to employer or add this on linkedIn for better visibility.

After taking mock interview/ mentorship session, you will get access to data structure, CS concepts and full stack web development notes on google drive. It's recommended to share your personal gmail id at time of booking the session to avail notes.

You are eligible for referral if "Ready to be referred" score in the detailed report is more than 85% in given difficulty level. If eligible, you can share at most 1 job link where you want to be referred at, with the CS Mock operation executive whom you would be in touch with throughout the session.

Yes

Not just it would have points to correct and improve upon but will also contain the areas where the candidate can expect the question from in the interview.

The more advance notice, the better it is, 4 days notice is usually sufficient. It does depend on our experts' schedule availability also. 

But we even provide our services on an urgent basis if needed.

You can reschedule your mock interview 48hrs prior but only once as per the reason for rescheduling. Share your request on ops@csmock.com containing:

1. Full name
2. Rescheduled date-time
3. Reason for rescheduling 

You will be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Interviewer/ Mentor didn't join or not available for the interview/ mentorship.
• Interviewer/ Mentor have internet connection error for more than 15mins.

Microsoft teams. 

To join the session, login is not mandatory. Though for better experience we recommend downloading 'teams' desktop app.

Yes. 

Feel free to mention same in Note to Interviewer/ Mentor. We will assign the interviewer/ mentor from desired/ equivalent company as per the availability of the expert.

No. Interviews bought and booked by individual cannot be transferred in any manner 

We have made our interviewers’ pool from people working for top tech companies, and we even verify every single interviewer manually before they can conduct mock interviews via CS Mock.

CS Mock takes the privacy of both interviewers and candidates very seriously. 

For candidates, we make sure no information, including resume and interview results, would be shared outside CS Mock (except with the interviewers). So it's a totally safe interface for people to practice interviews.

For interviewers, we won't disclose their personal information before an interview is scheduled. At CS Mock our interviewers are manually verified by our staff before they can conduct mock interviews. A constant feedback for interviewers is taken from students and we keep revising our interviewer pool.

To be very honest we are never going to feel fully prepared. The main purpose of mock interviews is to have a safe fail and constantly learn from those failures. 

We recommend multiple mock interviews throughout the preparation: one in the beginning, one in the middle and one right before the real interview. 

Starting your mock interview early will provide you with sufficient time to adjust or change your preparation strategy, and one before will help you overcome your nervousness and boost your confidence.
